Location: IMT Manesar
Salary: upto 4.0 Lacs.
Job Description:
1) Hands on experience in Microbiological testing
2) Exposure to Food Lab.
3) Knowledge of Meat Processing
4) Specialist knowledge of Quality & Food Safety requirements
5) Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation
6) Exposure to microbiological validation
7) Exposure to GMP
8) Process monitoring and control
9) Supplier Quality Management
10) New Product Development
11) Communication and interpersonal Skills
12) Training, Coaching and facilitation skills

Key skills: Understands and implement the Units Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) objectives.
• Ensure implementation Q&FS objectives to meet business goals.
• Represent as a key member of the Company microbiological Incident Management Team.
• Coordinate for quality and food safety risk mitigation plan implementation.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting against any product safety risk.
• Ensure incoming product and package quality monitoring.
• Ensure inline and finished good product quality monitoring.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation protocol validation.
• Ensure process water quality monitoring.
• Ensure stringent. Product testing protocol implementation
• Be Champion of GMP.
• Understand and support the plant team in technical trouble shooting.
• Ensure shelf-life monitoring of the product.
• Develop and implement training programs for PRIMO FOODS, aligned to the quality and food
Safety requirements.
• Conduct Food Safety internal audit as per schedule.
• Observe and maintain the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure cold chain compliance – internal and in transit.

Relevant experience: 3 to 06 years work experience, in a manufacturing environment in the food industry preferably in the Meat Industry, with at least one year experience in Microbiological testing
