Responsible for:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in healthcare domain.
  • Leading hiring manager discussions for openings,
  • Research and implement cost - effective and creative sourcing methods,
  • Working Experience in Healthcare Position such as RN CNN, Lab Assistant.
  • Screening candidates using behavioral based techniques,
  • Obtaining salary quotes while understanding the marketplace,
  • Extending verbal offers,
  • Generating offer letters, with complex verbiage
  • Working with vendors for relocation, temporary housing etc.
  • Ensuring that all required pre-employment checks and compliance requirements adhere with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Successful Candidates will have:

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good analytical problem solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude toward goals and objectives.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • US shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
