Sr. Manager - R&D

Contactors, Snap action Switches, Connectors and rail components like Master controllers, VCB, earthing devices etc..
Railways ( including system manufactures), Solar, Electric vehicles, ..
Schaltbau is keen to have Sr. Manager- R&D who as a Head of R&D/ Engineering shall be responsible for developing new products, implementing series production of new products and implementing localization strategy for India.
Electric vehicles, Solar, Rail..

Responsibility

A) Research & development of new products.
B) Co-ordination with Application engg. reg specifications of new products.
C) Framing final specifications.
D) Developing concepts, drawings, 3D model, prototypes and final series products.
E) Develop and maintain R&D laboratory.
F) Co-ordination with Quality and Production deptts. for series product introduction.
G) Lead a team of R&D engineers.
Manesar, Gurgaon

Qualification
Ph.D/ M.Tech (Mechanical) or M.Tech (Electrical)
At least 20 years of experience in following:

a) Product development in switchgear industry.
B) Knowledge of materials and manufacturing standards and norms.
C) Knowledge of design and industrial standards.
Ability to work on design softwares.
Project Management.
Good inter-personal skills.
Good communication skills.
The candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in India.
The candidate should not be frequent job changer and should be willing to stay with the company for long.
