We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter and Team Lead to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters to source and hire high-quality candidates across a variety of roles and departments
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Optional)
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels
  • Experience leading a team of recruiters, providing coaching and mentorship, and driving team performance
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, best practices, and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
