Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Juniper 8. Experience on Firewall rules & troubleshooting Security incidents across Cisco ASA / Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls9. Should have good understanding of SDWAN solutions.10. Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, & VPN 11. Good hands-on experience with OS upgrades of different vendors devices. 12. Hands on experience on load Balancers & Optimizers like Riverbed 13. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions 14. Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc. 15. Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST. 16. Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical 17. Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process.18.
