Title: Staffing US Client Relations Manager

We are seeking Staffing US Client Relations Manager for a permanent role with our organization. You will be responsible for managing US based clients, helping the recruiters with their searches and managing the process for selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Be the primary POC for end client communication
  • Collaborates with partners to support business development planning and execution.
  • Identifies and develops action plans to leverage and expand our market.
  • Effectively organizes information, gathers resources, and manages multiple projects.
  • Generates high quality work products in multiple formats (e.g., presentation slides, Excel project plans, Word documents).
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines.
  • Supports the full lifecycle of recruitment from inception to completion.
  • Creates and maintains tracking and reporting tools as necessary (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and reports).
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of partners, staff and firm management.
