Process Description: Outbound Sales Process

Quality Specification:

Responsible for coaching and developing new DO/DRMs during 0-45 days
Graduation must with excellent Communication Skills.
Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DO/DRMs
Responsible ensuring success of new DO/DRMs in terms of their targets
Update competency score card of DO/DRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores
Demonstrate digital sales and customer handling to new DO/DRMs
Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis
Ensure new DO/DRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results
Ensure quality parameters are adhered

Additional:

Shuttle service (Transport) from Metro Station
Salary Range: Up to 5.00 LPA CTC
Job Location: Sector - 128, Noida (Nearest Metro - Botanical garden)
Working Days: 6 days working 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Mon- Sat)
Opening: Only 100 Heads Required for the Same Profile
