Candidates we prefer B-Tech in Civil Engineering with 4 to 6 years’ experience and only from Interior design and fit out companies

Job Description

  • Supply Chain Management - Coordinating with Suppliers &Project/Operations team to ensure material is delivered to right location or right projects, coordinating with logistics for Pick-up/Delivery of materials
  • Purchase / Procurement Management: Getting Quotes from various suppliers/contractors, negotiating rates, finalising Payment terms and delivery timelines and Issuing Purchase Orders and ensuring material is received on time.
  • Vendor Development: Identifying new Vendors/Suppliers/Contractors as per requirement, getting samples/mock-ups as per our specifications and getting quality checks and approvals
  • Material / Inventory Management - Taking regular stock update from operation/warehousing team for all items and placing new orders to manage inventory levels
  • Documentation - Preparing & Issuing Purchase orders, reviewing and recording all Purchase/expense Invoices & Vouchers properly and coordinating with finance in releasing payment as per payment terms.
  • Import/Export - Identifying International Vendors as per product requirement, arranging samples, placing orders and importing the products to India. Managing End-to-End Logistics to ensure the imported products reach respective locations in India.

Key Skills Required:

· Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills

· Languages to be known - English & Hindi is must (other languages will be added advantage)

· Proficient in MS Office Tools for proper documentation and reporting

· Problem solving ability and quick decision-making skills

· Excellent People Management, Negotiation and Record-keeping skills

· B-Tech in Civil Engineering / PG in Material Management.

· Total Experience: 3 to5 years.

· Location: Hyderabad

· Salary Package: As per company Standard (CTC 5 to 5.5 Lacs per annum)

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
