工作内容

1.1. To ensure all the internal controls placed by Management over centers are effectively implemented.

1.2. To manage cash counter related activities like cash receipt, cash payment, revenue booking etc along with maintaining books of accounts at centre level, documents and reports for management review.

1.3. Handling Cash and handover from pharmacy at day end, managing counter closure and carry out formalities for bank deposit.

1.4. Handling pharmacy counter in the absence of pharmacist, managing counter closure and carry out formalities for bank deposit.

1.5. Maintaining and reconciling the online bank transfers by patients including swipe transactions, on daily basis.

1.6. Processing for patient refunds including medicine refunds. Arranging for patient bank details and other KYC documents for bank refunds.

1.7. Checking statutory compliances (Direct & Indirect Tax) and providing data in prescribed formats for filling returns within timelines given by HO.

1.8. Conducting stock audit, MRP audit and any other audit as per instructions from HO.

1.9. Assisting in Internal audit, Statutory audits and financial due diligence.

1.10. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the cash counter activities at the respective centre.

1.11. Calculating and taking appropriate approval for Vendor Payments, Refunds, Discounts & Patient plan conversions or any other approvals.

1.12. Arranging for 3rd Party ledger confirmation and reconciliation.

1.13. Ensuring daily cash deposit in the bank and follow up in case of any discrepancy.

1.14. Ensuring full amount of collection from patients and timely booking of revenues as per policy.

1.15. Prepare and Check monthly TDS & GST amounts at center level.

1.16. Verifying fixed monthly payments like lease rentals, telecommunication, electricity, housekeeping & security.

QUALIFICATION : B.com / M.com /CA/CA Inter/Relevant Experience in accounting
