Responsible for L2 support, H/W & S/W support and would provide help to the data center operations and management.
The core team in quick resolution of problems in the technical support team would work on a shift basis and ensure uptime of services.
Internet Management, Mail Management, Service Management, Systems Management, Managing proxy and user access to internet Add, delete and modify mail accounts, managing Messaging servers Managing network infrastructure services for MSDC, System maintenance, storage, backup etc.
