Identify, research, document and resolve all types of open items through detailed reconciliations.
Identify root causes of defects
Trend Analysis
Establish metrics
Produce detailed management reporting including trending analysis & clarify trade booking anomalies
Perform an independent analysis of the existing Open Payable / Receivable Management Process
A review of the existing Income Processing Payable / Receivable generation process,
Review existing open payable / receivable assignment and closure process, and associated management reporting.
