The job family spans across multiple engineering disciplines. Work consists of designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging systems, software and solutions for research and/or research development of product, services, and solutions for company’s portfolio. Requires a broad knowledge and application of engineering disciplines, methodologies and tools. This is an Individual Contributor role

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall technical architecture of customer network,
  • Own Problem Management, Capacity & SLA Management for customer and ensure our platforms / apps / tools are developed to meet customer requirements.
  • Expected to work with Network engineers, TAC, Engineering team and ensure customer network is available 100% of the time
  • Be a face of technical organisation to all internal stake holders and participate in customer reviews with execs.
  • Provide guidance and Mentoring to all technical engineers in the team.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Typically 10+ years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exposure to Python Script developments and automation
  • Experience in handling projects involviCloud technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Conducting reviews of HLD and suggesting design changes needed to achieve customer reqquirements
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for designs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
