• Installs, commissions and integrates Mavenir RAN solution including DU, CU, CMS (both NFV and Containerized based solutions) • Prepare essential documentation, including deployment layout and integration details (CIQ) • Prepare configuration files for Radio sites / carriers using customer provided information in CIQ • Ensures end-to-end connectivity for the RAN solution with packet core. This includes Synchronization (PTP) and other OpenRAN interfaces (Control, User and & Management M-Plane) • Perform deployment for RAN network functions on Kubernetes infrastructure • Provide root cause analysis, workarounds and bug fixes for issues during integration phase. • Identify problems and choose appropriate architectural solutions; design, specify, implement, and test solutions • Provides technical support for Mavenir RAN solution at customer location • Provides knowledge transfer to customer personnel through On the Job training • Identifies any issues that need Mavenir fixes or solutions

MandatorySkills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred • End-to-end RAN knowledge across 4G/LTE or 5G/NR • 2+ years of RAN Integration and deployment experience across wireless technologies • Experience with deployment of O-RAN Components (RU, DU, CU-CP, CU-UP & DU) • 3+ years of Linux administration experience with expert troubleshooting skills • 2+ Experience with IP networking design concepts • 1+ Knowledge or experience with Openstack, NFV or Kubernetes is a plus • End-to-end mobility solution knowledge specifically for LTE and NR • Can-do attitude with strong customer focus • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed to field sites
