Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Working Hours: 9:30-6:30

L2 support handles the tickets that L1 routes to them (L2 support can also generate tickets for any problem they notice).

L2 Engineer Requirements:

· Experience in installing/configuring routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls

· Responsible for handling second level support and service requests.

· Responsible for network analysis and design, technology support, client support.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience as a network engineer including phone, remote support, and hands on

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Advanced troubleshooting skills

· Managing system backups and recovery for client

· Virus protection & cleaning, maintaining backups, carry audit of backup procedures.

· Providing support call and manpower support

· Responsible to provide troubleshooting of network (LAN/WAN) related issue

· Troubleshooting all networking problem to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network

· Configure the Routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF.

Ø Additional skills and knowledge required:

Actively working on relevant certification track: CCNA

Knowledge of Network design Software including Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3

Ø Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduation (Preferable in IT background)
