  • Knowledge of raw materials .
  • Knowledge of Tool Room machines (VMC , Wire cut , EDM all conventional machines etc ) .
process .
  • Knowledge of Die / Mold / Jig Fixture Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Die / Mold modification as per QIN or ECI .
  • knowledge of design programming (Cad Cam) software .
  • Knowledge of machine operating ( Job set up ).
  • Increase in Quality , productivity , capacity , ideas implementation .
  • Knowledge about press tool and mold maintenance , rasie abnormality
  • Spare parts management system
Skill / Knowledge Safety , Crane movement , Conventional machine operating
  • Knowledge about machine safety and daily prevetive check
  • Knows about manufactured parts quality related defects controls
  • Knowledge about Quality system
  • Concept Implementation of 5S , 3M , 3G etc.
  • Good team player
  • Mass communicator , transparent
  • Knowledge of safety equipement importance of these equipment
  • Knowledge of welding matching ( tig welding , arc welding , laser welding )
