Responsibilities

  • Set up entitlements/scheduled events etc., in ServiceNow
  • Input CMDB and contracts data in SNOW and other systems
  • Work under the direction of Project Manager to complete transition/data activities
  • Complete Visio and documentation for environment transition to Day 2 support
  • Input data in Password Vault

Qualifications

  • Good computer skills, i.e., Office 365; Single Sign On (SSO) experience/knowledge is a plus
  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow. Experience in filling customer profile information in ServiceNow
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical
  • Must have very good reading comprehension skills to properly interpret users’ problems or requests
  • Very good interpersonal skills for working in group and with other teams in different organizations and geographies
  • Demonstrated working experience supporting users in multi-cultural / multi-country environment
