Good Communication Skills

TPA Exposure candidates will be given preference.

They have good knowledge about TPA, Claims and Insurance.


KRA (Key Result Area)


To answer the employees queries related to group medical health insurance over mail, through presentation, through help desk.


To share the claim status to employees.


To help them for getting cashless approvals.


To help them for getting reimbursement claim.


To contact to concern team in case there is discrepancy in data. Educate

employees on policy terms and conditions and claim procedure.


Processing all types of claim with maximum accuracy within agreed TATs
