工作内容

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Analysis of all In-process, Intermediates, RM, PM, Finish Product, Stability samples and other analytical samples of lab (Specially in wet lab) as per approved Method and Specification.

2. Sampling of Raw material and packing material as per approved procedure.

3. Daily verification of Balance, pH per approved Method and Specification.

4. Review of analytical documents of QC, including electronic data (wherever applicable).

5. Online reporting of results & entries to be done in the relevant records or log-book for all analytical & calibration activities performed.

6. Issuance of raw data sheet as per approved Method and Specification.

7. To ensure laboratory Safety.

8. To ensure daily housekeeping & laboratory cleanliness.

9. Monitor daily temperature mapping raw data of cooling cabinet, stability chamber, refrigerator, deep freezer, etc.

10. To maintain instruments usage log books, Reference / working standard records, stock registers, etc. as per SOP.

11. To participate in investigation of deviations, out of specifications and incidents occurred in QC.

12. Preparation of Specification, Method of analysis and Raw Data sheets for respective product.

13. Any assignment allocated by the QC Head/Designee.
