Profile Overview

Job: Assistant Business Development Manager

Reporting to: Sr. Business Development Manager

Location: Haryana & Delhi

Job Description:

Would be responsible for customer acquisition by bringing consumers to on-line App/portal who would be connected to our local business partner (Kirana / Grocery Store).
Drive awareness locally with BTL Activities (like Canopy/Leaflet etc.) & bring customer on board on Ichhapurti platform via ichhapurti App.
Handling & working with a Team of Business Partner Salesman to achieve planned target.
Train & develop sales executive of Retailer / Business Partner.
Jointly work with all support team

Requirement:

Already Working as Sales Executive/Officer Role in general trade of Order Booking / Ready Stock Sales of any FMCG Products.
Required experience of 0-5 year.
Have very good knowledge of Beat Planning & Route Management.
Having exposure of relationship between Shopkeeper/Retailer/Customer.
Have good understanding to identify customer problem & satisfy customer needs.
Have Good experience to manage stock and demand Vs supply of products.
Good Communication skill at Local Level / Knowledge of Regional language.
Knowledge to operate digital platform like WhatsApp / E-mail etc.
Good Experience of Sale/Market of Fast-Moving Consumer Products like Tea/Cold Drinks/Namkeen/Biscuits/Snacks/Soap/Detergent etc.
