Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Objectives:The Junior Sales Manager is responsible of maintain and develop sales in tier 2 and 3 customers in Indiaand implement sales and marketing strategies for Agriculture Division work closely with Sr. sales managers to deliver set targets. Work on product mix to improve the profit margins and deliver growth for product line. Stock planning, forecast and ensure timely payment collection. Manage relationship with current and prospective accounts.

2. Business development: Develop strong pipeline of opportunities for future growth, continuous review and monitoring of pipeline, coordination with internal logistic for efficient service to customers. Monitorthe market and the competition; identify emerging trends in formulations and spot opportunities.

3. Technical: Work closely with customer R&D and Lamberti Technical support to help selecting the right products in our portfolio for their formulation projects. Collaborate with Lamberti technical team,should be aware of products and processesof agrochemicals to provide elementary support to customers.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good working knowledge of Agro business.
  • Good technical knowledge of the Agro business
  • Should have 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture industry (mandatory)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Go getter attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral English
  • Prior chemical sales, technical service, applications engineering, or product development experience with Crop protection or Crop nutrition industry is preferred

Working computer knowledge, MS Office mandatory
