  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :-Must have working knowledge on VMware Tanzu, CaaS Container-as-a-Service, PaaS Platform-as-a-Service -Working knowledge on CI/CD pipeline construction, evolution and management -Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of our CI/CD pipeline and optimize developer productivity -Contributing to design of the next-generation tools and systems relating to Developer Productivity -Contributing to the subject matter on Developer Productivity best practices

    • Technical Experience :      -Experience as a technical architect doing architecture consulting on Java/J2EE projects -Should be on Cloud Migration/Modernization to Pivotal Cloud Foundry Platform on Any Public/Private Cloud -Experience in developing custom applications using Java/J2EE technologies, web services, XML/HTML, etc -Scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, Ruby, Perl -Hands-on experience with Extreme Programming methodologies and designing, implementing or supporting CI/CD

    • Professional Attributes :      - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift

    • Educational Qualification :      1 Bachelors degree 2 ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified 3 AWS Developer Associate Certified
