Responsible for setting the vision & direction of Customer Service operations. Will lead a large team of 800-2000 associates, TLs, Managers to improve customer experience, increase productivity & maintain service levels & accountable for the results.

Required Candidate profile

Any Graduate having 16- 25 yrs of experience & working in an MNC BPO as VP/Head Operations handling voice process with a span of 900+ team.
Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc.
Females preferred.
