Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to prospective customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to promote personal loan products to individuals.
  • Customer Acquisition: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of personal loan products offered by the company.
  • Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments and financial consultations with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Application Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process, collect necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures related to lending practices and customer data privacy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and lending processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,003.70 - ₹22,000.13 per month
