R00200440Site visit: Daily basis to different sites.Key deliverable: Customer services to base business, responsible to meet technical and commercial KPI at base business with the support from respective supervisor (Technically).Additionally
  • Plant visits & customer visits for e ROI.
  • Check on water parameters & working on correction action.
  • Should be Well-versed with report (daily /monthly) and presentation preparation.
  • KPI Maintenance
  • Review with customers
  • Contingent management (10-12 resources )
  • Process application on cooling tower .
  • Able to understand and handle the internal & external client’s requirement and act accordingly.
  • Manage & control technical and commercial KPI of the business. Loop in technical support, as and when required to full fil the customer requirement.
  • Daily/monthly report presentation to internal and external customer.
  • Troubleshooting. Relationship building across all levels at base site.
