Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Administration Assistant located in Vellore. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization. This includes but is not limited to managing mails and correspondence, preparing documents and reports, handling phone calls and scheduling appointments, maintaining databases and filing systems, and providing general administrative support to coworkers.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
