  • To conduct farmer training programme of concerned project.
  • To supervise the farmers of concerned project.

  • Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company s production schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.
  • To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.
  • To maintain the records.
