Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

Analyst – ODC Team EXP: 1-4yrs

A person having high aspiration and passion for customer service excellence can accomplish their vision in Deloitte. TSS ODC is the vital point of contact for all IT related incidents, service requests and compliance remediations. Ability to demonstrate and communicate effectively with the wide variety of people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, which provides services in professional manner physically in person or email or phone. You need to be highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

Role description
  • Hands on experience in end user IT support
  • Hands on experience on managing the different Virtual Desktop platforms like Citrix, VMware, etc.,
  • Knowledge on endpoint compliance monitoring
  • Understanding of various VPN network technologies (Site to site VPN, Client to site VPN, MPLS Connectivity) and ability to work with network teams during deployment
  • Responsible for configuring ODC laptops with required security controls and validate the same
  • Knowledge on ITSM tool like ServiceNow – SR/incident management console
  • Responsible for formatting/wiping laptops/desktops
  • Good understanding of asset management and seamlessly coordinate with the Asset Team
  • Coordinate with the Engagement Team and Asset Management Team to handle the movement of assets
  • Responsible for creating SOP documents for new ODC’s
  • Ensure the adherence to IT Security Policies and Procedures at ODCs
  • Follow the directions from immediate supervisors/managers to complete the tasks well within the time
  • Help follow up with all stakeholders for all ODC related transactional activities
  • Good skills with MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Assists infrastructure teams (LAN, WAN, Telephony) where local hands on activities are required.

TSS team is proud to be part of Deloitte’s Information Technology Support Services spread across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru & Delhi. This team is responsible to accomplish various Offshore Development Center (ODC) Customer support with collaboration with TSS EUS, Asset Management, Mobility, teams to provide world class customer service. This team takes care of managing the ODC’s.

Qualifications

Required:
BE/ B Tech 0-3 years
ITIL V4 Foundation, A+N+, CompTia+ security, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) )

Preferred:
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Scripting & GPO’s
  • Basic of cloud computing and understanding on Virtual platforms, Cyber Security - Endpoint, Virtual Desktop platforms, VPN network technologies
