Assistant Branch Manager Job Description

The will be the on-site Manager at the branch and will manage the day-to-day operations and complete all duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. This position will ensure that the branch meets or exceeds our goals in customer service, safety, and profitability. The must maintain and champion a culture that values people and customers and above all else empowers teams to build sustainable, profitable growth.

Assistant Branch Manager Responsibility

  • Demonstrate Company’s core values and promote the mission and vision of the company
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch business.
  • Execute short-term and long-term strategic goals.
  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and foster innovation.
  • Evaluate operational procedures and employ Best Practices as employed throughout the company.
  • Work with Team Members toward continuous process improvement.
  • Oversee financial operations of the branch including revenues and expenses.
  • Assist with recruiting, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
  • Incorporate effective communication strategies among the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
  • Champion a culture of safety, leadership, responsibility, accountability, and continual improvement among all employees.
  • Promptly respond to accidents/incidents and properly conduct preliminary fact-finding investigations.
  • Comply with monthly location safety meetings and ensure branch activity is conducted safely.

Experience : 2 Yrs to 15 yrs .

Salary : 2.5 to 14.50 lack per annum.
