Your Profile

  • You will be the lead for product & growth marketing setting up the strategy for various products, user acquisition & retention at BookMyShow.
  • Setting up new acquisition & retention marketing programs, experiment aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale the number of subscribers on the platform
  • Build a strong culture of customer acquisition thinking and product planning to driveimpactful outcomes across growth, product and marketing teams
  • Own all on-platform acquisition & retention optimization efforts and work closely with growth product and engineering teams to make it super seamless for users to transact on BookMyShow
  • Help in building team capabilities around Marketing tech stack including Experimentation platform, Data platform and CRM platforms
  • Key focus areas will involve leading product positioning and messaging, product awareness and adoption as well as playing a key role in user-research - both at product discovery stage and post-launch.
  • Lead impactful go-to-market product marketing launch strategies, including messaging, positioning and PR strategies
  • Spearhead go-to-market product marketing launches for products to drive adoption of products and measure results.
  • You will be tracking Metrics and KPIs of all marketing activities, and optimising them
  • You will be responsible for execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide.

Your Checklist

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing / Product Marketing / Growth Marketing with preferably 4 years of relevant work experience in large consumer-tech products
  • Superlative ability to articulate the essence of products and the value they build by developing a strong narrative and content strategy plan
  • Outstanding at market research: you have an uncanny ability to understand the “whys” behind user behavior through both qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Experience launching large-scale products with complex cross-functional GTMs
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
  • Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
