Driving the team to meet the sales target. Set daily sales targets for individual tele- calling support the team to meet the set business targets
Coordination between Managers and Team Members. Identify training/coaching needs of the team members and support them by updating knowledge & bridging process gaps.
Aggressive go getter Should have good people management skills Should have Leadership quality Good Communication Skills Familiar with basic working on Computers/ MS Word/ MS XL Should have 2 To 3 years experience preferable from Demet Process
