RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Improve the manufacturing process,quality standards to ensure higher-quality goods. 2. Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance wrt to quality standards. 3.Coordinating with inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. 4.Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. 5. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. 6.Keeping accurate documentation, of all SOP’s, lab standards, vendor supplier, office layout, safety procedures 7.Ensure proper implementation of quality management system and procedures (production , dispatch) 8.Coordinate with a third party to certify the organization to ISO 9001,FSSAI,Jaivik Bharat etc or other applicable... certification 9. Ensuring PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, 8D, VOC, Quality Alerts are maintained REQUIREMENT 1 . Mandate experience in Pulses, Lentils, Spices, Grains Plant experience,
