Inviting applications for the role ofAssistant Vice President, Fraud Practice Team!
This individual will work across functions within Genpact to ensure all communications initiatives are fully integrated, operating at peak performance, and hitting key performance indicators. This energetic person will be responsible for overall calendaring, team budgeting, functional quarterly business reviews with global partners, measurement and reporting, company daily news feed, and assisting in crisis communications. The role reports to the Vice President of Global Integrated Communications.
Responsibilities
Execute Short Cycle Diagnostic projects
Assist in the sales cycle process by responding to proposals and helping build award-winning solutions
Driving transformations for internal and external clients.
Help implement digital assets
Infuse external breathing by conducting primary and secondary research on relevant topics
Create & update fraud collaterals - build on a knowledge base of fraud practices
Creating new case studies
Updating Schema
Updating capability decks
Drive SEP Benchmarking framework and draw insights
Generate impact through Operational Excellence frameworks like CMP & SOF
Evangelize the solution and work along with the delivery teams to implement and strengthen the value proposition
Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process/service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances, and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions
Identify performance bottlenecks in the process and recommend technology-led interventions that can be introduced
Participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management, and overall deal solutioning
Create technical design and functional documentation for incumbent solutions created
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsDeep expertise in Fraud Operations/Strategy and Risk Management role.

Energy/Hunger for driving Growth.
Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics or MBA – Finance with 8+ years of work experience in the Consumer / Retail banking vertical.
Good Communication Skills.
Self Starter / Extremely self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Deep Domain Fraud experience
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Preferred qualificationsStrong hands-on knowledge of Fraud operations/strategy essential.
Excellent Interpersonal / Communication Skills/ Clear Thinker /Team Player
Ability to work in a diverse environment and deal with ambiguity
