*Location Mohali Punjab*

*Experience 6 months to 2 years in back-end technician*

*Salary 25k to 35k*plus accommodation*

*Graduate*

*Note: We are only looking for experienced candidates from any Technical Support. *We are not hiring freshers or experienced in a different field for this profile*

*Job Responsibilities and Duties*

Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.

Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer

experience.

Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer, fixing cases

remotely.

Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printer, smart devices remotely

and over a call.

*Skills*

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer

problems, analyse them, and solve them.

Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette’s.

Must be Punctual.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
