Job Description

  • Process Management To manage file processing and disbursal of loans for the entire gambit of retail asset/business banking products offered by the bank as mentioned below: - Secured Loans (Auto, TW, CTG, CD,GL) - Unsecured Loans (PL, BL, SHG) - Mortgage Loans (LAP, LARR) - Working capital facilities for customers with turnover upto 200 crores (BBG, EEG, ABC, SAB, HCF, CV, Inventory Funding) - Agri Lending (Kissan Gold Card, Rural Initiative Group, Tractor Loans) - Loan against Securities ( Shares, Bonds, NSC, KVP) To manage post disbursal documents updation, post disbursement servicing to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that all Processes followed at Branch Operations are as per Standard Operating Procedures laid down in the Operations Manual.
  • Ensure Property vaulting, management, release as per laid down process Monitor TAT, productivity and accuracy of processing centers at branches .
  • To support collections unit by timely updation of collection schedules To monitor stamping activity and ensure adherence to rolled-out guidelines Complete responsibility for reconciling the Dummy Accounts for Disbursement, Collections, General Receipts and Initial Payment Accounts.
  • Reducing Sales FTNR to less than 5%.
  • Risk Optimization Carrying out the roles defined in Operational Risk Management policy as a first line of defense.
  • Nil Operational Errors and Financial Loss.
  • To conceptualize, design, develop and implement system controls with a view to improve operational risk management Investigate staff lapses, errors and take corrective actions.
  • Analyze root cause of attempted fraud/Actual fraud and suggest corrective measures.
  • Identify and recommend measures to check unproductive volumes and cases of potential misuse of the banking systems.
  • Cost Optimization To contribute effectively towards process efficiency and cost saving.
  • TAT and FTNR Tracking TAT and FTNR of Processes.
  • Customer ( Internal and External) Ensure that all queries and complaints logged in CRM pertaining to the Branch are resolved within agreed TATs.
  • To regularly interact with business groups and provide support as required by the business teams To ensure timely resolution of customer escalations and to work on reduction of the same.
  • Regularly monitor service time and wait time at customer service centers Vendor Management Vendor management including managing CPA, courier, lawyers.
  • Audit and Compliance To ensure satisfactory Audit Ratings and minimal critical exceptions.
  • Process excellence and Enhancements To constantly motivate staff for focus on process re-engineering and process improvements to meet the changing needs of the customer / environment.
  • Regularly suggest process changes which will help in design and development of system controls with a view to reduce manual processes and improve operational risk control People Development Recruit, train and develops staff ensuring adherence to Banks HR systems and procedures Performance Monitoring, Appraisals, Career Growth and succession planning.
