We are looking for Business development executive (BDE) who has good experience in relevant field. You will have to work on creativity & logic building with proper layout structuring to develop a fully functional business development plan in order to sell our IT services.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Bhopal. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. The Business Development Executive will also be involved in creating and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, and meetings with the sales managers.
  • Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
  • Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
  • Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
  • Create sales pitches in response to customer demand

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in selling digital solutions such as web design, development, and digital marketing services
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role

Additional beneficial skills include:

  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
