Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Malappuram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new business opportunities, generating leads and prospects, identifying potential clients, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. They will be responsible for collaborating with the creative team to ensure clients’ needs are met and proposals are presented in a compelling and engaging manner. They will also work closely with the production team throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and production teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or video production industry is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus
