Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the respective function is an integral part of TS service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.

This position will work with Talent colleagues across global Enablement and in other Business Enablement functions to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent operating model. It will work to continuously improve capabilities and assist in optimizing EY Content Manager, the global Talent digital documentation repository. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations in maintaining the application and global country deployments.

Applications Used: EY Content Manager, SAP SuccessFactors, People Insights reporting tool, virtual desktop machines

Shift: 2pm commencement through to 11pm.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties of the EYCM Analyst for the digital platform maintaining business classification schemes, security levels, metadata, access controls, record types, record entry forms, and locations
  • Supports EYCM Supervisor in identifying opportunities for business process improvements, as well as proposes options for those improvements and works with other internal IT and HR teams to facilitate implementation if required
  • Support day to day operations in the maintenance, create, organise, find, use, share, protect, keep or destroy information and records
  • Administer the records management of the system, including management of upgrades
  • Support IBM centres and Talent in training of tool processes and procedures
  • Work with the TMS Operations Support team to develop and update work instructions and training guides for the EYCM platform
  • Manage EYCM platform licence accounts
  • Provide regular database reporting for all teams using the tool. Regular reports to be sent include data quality check reports and access and security reporting. There will also be ad hoc reporting tasks to manage and support will need to be provided to teams wanting to pull their own reports
  • Provide a Help Desk service to end users, responding to stakeholder enquiries in accordance of SLAs
  • Regularly communicate changes or concerns to the TMS Strategy & Operations Leader and tool users to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of upgrades, system changes or system downtimes.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships across TMS, Talent and IT
  • Proactively shares knowledge across the TMS Operations Support Team to identify interdependencies
  • Escalates issues to team leader/manager as needed
  • The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed service delivery standards of the role, as they arise

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR Systems or Records Management Specialization.

Experience:

  • 4+ years’ work experience preferred, including HR Systems, Records Management and/or professional office HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare training materials and conduct ad hoc training where required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience and ability to deliver quality customer service in a team environment and help desk
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision and within deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for end-to-end team process improvement.
  • Experience in working virtually in a global organisation
