Job Purpose

Is comfortable in running cross-channel campaigns using market leading technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience cloud;

Shall be able to derive business value out of data analytics , adobe analytics or google analytics ;

the campaign manager should have through experience of digital marketing ,

product, business process , digital sales journey , segmentation & ; Shall be able to track KPIs for

personalized marketing journeys across channels; the individual should have working knowledge of

marketing tools

such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

,

Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target; the executive to bring cross-channel knowledge of technology and marketing

; Should have excellent presentation skills and creativity to design new digital campaigns;

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing objectives for asset & cross sell portfolio, working with Agile Campaign Teams to drive growth, responsible for lead generation and business outcomes such as revenues and profits

Drive analytics and data science to ensure delivery of asset product specific digital campaign goals, relevance to customers

Define audiences/segments based on analytics to deliver personalized offers, content and conversations

Manage a team with campaign manager ( MarTech) to deliver the campaigns

Create, maintain, and conduct KPIs reporting across multiple platforms & extract key insights for future digital campaign development and go-to-market strategies

Monitor campaign performance regularly and take calls modifying digital marketing journeys; share performance reports periodically with the Business Head , CMO & personalization head.

Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams

Monitor journeys for relevance; alert manager if any journey falls below a relevance threshold

Ensure compliance with the organization’s communication rules and policies

Good knowledge of independently configuring marketing tools for execution; experience with customizations

Creating portfolio wise dashboards for campaign metrics on customer response

Participate & add value in new product design , market launch & digital journeys

Keen to learn new digital tech & marketing stacks

Able to recommend short and long term strategy for better results.

Secondary Responsibilities

List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role

Expert in MS EXCEL/PowerPoint /MS Office Suite

High Learning curve

Shall be able to manage outsourced vendors for campaign orchestration.

Improve Customer engagement & process

Understand & plan execution with stakeholders

Knowledge to handle both existing & new customer marketing strategy

Comfortable to work in Agile team with incremental RoI strategy

Basic knowledge of Data Analytics & Statistics (From marketing perspective)
