As our new Cloud Solution Engineer O365, you will work with our customers to identify core issues, perform troubleshooting steps, identify resolution ideas, and implement final problem resolution steps. It is anticipated that you will be responsible for customer communication and experience, ensuring they receive excellence in customer service.

Key responsibilities to highlight:

• Provide highly technical troubleshooting of customer issues for On-premise (MS technology), O365 and M365, and Azure components (IaaS, Paas, Etc.)
• Engage with customers to provide hands-on review of technical issues, as well as capture issue data for troubleshooting
• Research issues and work to develop possible solutions, also you will engage with internal teams as escalation points
• Gather technical details for issues and communicate these to vendors and escalation teams to facilitate timely resolution
• Work with MS as an escalation point to help solve highly complex technical issues
• Manage Cloud Security Group -Edit your organizations profile -Manage Delegated Administrator -Manage Support Ticket Technology / Domain Expertise: -Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016

Desired competency & experience:

• 5+ years’ experience working with Azure, O365, and M365, as well as with Microsoft Server Technologies
• Experience with Active Directory Service i.e. DC Replication, Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP. -ADFS Services -PKI Services -Cross Forest Trust Relationship -PowerShell Scripting -Windows 2008, Windows 2012 and Windows 2016 OS
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory (AD) Roles: -Active Directory Service i.e. DC Replication, Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP
• Knowledge in ADFS Services -PKI Services -Cross Forest Trust Relationship -PowerShell Scripting
• Good knowledge and experience in managing Issues with OWA, Active Sync, Outlook anywhere, Exchange Mailbox database
• Good Knowledge of SMTP/POP/IMAP protocols

• Location for this role: Mumbai, India
• Languages required:  English at a professional level, spoken and written
