Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Controlling Professional for its factory based out of Bengaluru.

Internal Title: Controlling Professional

Business Title : Senior Manager - Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

Integrity in Financial Reporting:

To set & monitor the system that facilitate the availability of accurate & timely information that reflects the "True & Fair" financial condition of the operation at all times, to exercise periodic checks & report the deviations to all concerned in order to ensure the transparency, to facilitate quality decision making process and to safeguard the interest of the Organisation. Assess the reason for deviation from the forecast with the stakeholders and suggest options for improvement and report variance analysis.

Inventory Management:

Ensure the inventory control in place by doing periodic stock taking and perpetual inventory. Periodic analysis of extra material consumed and reason thereof. With the support of logistics ensure the material sent to sub contractor are reconciled and matched with the system stock.

Compliance:

Ensure all the statutory laws and regulation are complied with such excise, Sales tax, service tax, EXIM etc. Ensure the implementation of Guidelines and Policies of HQ within the framework of the Country processes.

Audit:
Take care of audit requirement both internal and external related to factory operation

Puma:

Monitor performance of Puma measures, report it to the stake holders and actively drive in coordination with R&D and Procurement.

Asset Management:

To monitor regularly the element of Net Capital Employed and initiate the actions to optimise them in order to improve the liquidity of the organisation.

Coordination with other department:

To coordinate with other department such as process planning, Procurement, with corporate department, with head office and HQ to facilitate business operations.

Cost Calculator:

Support in optimization of manufacture cost, ascertain product cost, Preparation of Cost sheet, Support product management during offer making, Preparation of Annual Cost calculation guideline

Qualification and Experience

MBA/ CA/ICWA.

Minimum 6 Years - 10 Years experience in handling Costing and finance function in Manufacturing

Have Good Communication & presentation skills.

Expert Knowledge of SAP in FI CO, Costing and MM module of SAP
