Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in handling and understanding processing machinery and equipment required for the manufacturing of plant-based dairy products.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lab equipment to innovate and develop new products within the dairy alternative sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to drive product development initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products within the plant-based dairy industry.
  • Develop and optimize formulations for plant-based cheeses, butters, spreads, milks, and other dairy alternatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, ingredients, and processing techniques relevant to plant-based dairy innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in processing, machinery handling, and formulation development within the dairy alternative sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food processing principles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.

Salary Range

Rs 18,000/- to Rs 50,000/- depending upon skillsets & experience
