Whizz HR is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Digital Marketing Director to work with leading digital marketing agency in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

  • Manage large amounts of emails.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Have proven experience with response management (email).
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Sound experience in handling various projects in Digital Marketing, Strategy Implementation, Client Servicing, and Business Development
  • Min 10 years of exp in this role
  • Preferrably from the Digital Marketing agency
  • A unique blend of exceptional Marketing skills, combined with solid business management experience
  • Expertise in planning and executing digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Reputable leader and strategic developer with a successful background in Strategy Selection, Planning, Formulation and Implementation
  • Good experience in Digital Marketing, Mobile, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Food & Beverages, E-commerce, Digital Advertisement, Relationship Management, and Team / Branch Management
  • Well versed with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Teradata (eCircle), Marketo, Send grid, MailChimp, Hubspot etc.
  • Extensive domain knowledge about marketing communication; the keen client needs assessment aptitude; a client-focused approach that fosters trust and allegiance; highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
