Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Co-ordinate in identifying the TNI for Soft skills training’s with HOD’s, and its successful implementation at plant.
  • To conduct the Induction / Introduction of all the new employees and Analysis of Induction for further improvements.
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
  • To Support plant staff to complete the online courses of as per plan.
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • Undertake evaluation of all L&OD initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate with Business HR & HOD’s at site for smooth implementation and monitoring of the Reward & Recognition Policy.
  • To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums.
  • Answering training related issues and provide high quality customer service across the organisation.
  • To record, collate and maintain Training MIS to demonstrate L&OD progress
  • Recognition of Unsafe Acts and unsafe conditions.
