Responsibilities- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Co-ordinate in identifying the TNI for Soft skills training’s with HOD’s, and its successful implementation at plant.
- To conduct the Induction / Introduction of all the new employees and Analysis of Induction for further improvements.
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
- To Support plant staff to complete the online courses of as per plan.
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Undertake evaluation of all L&OD initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with Business HR & HOD’s at site for smooth implementation and monitoring of the Reward & Recognition Policy.
- To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums.
- Answering training related issues and provide high quality customer service across the organisation.
- To record, collate and maintain Training MIS to demonstrate L&OD progress
- Recognition of Unsafe Acts and unsafe conditions.
