Job Description

  • Key responsibility Understand the loan processing environment for various products from innovation perspective and identify digital opportunities.
  • Implement the digital projects basis opportunities identified by TL in Lending Journeys Manage complete life cycle of the project from clearly stating the requirements, working with IT/ BTG in Vendor Identification, FPN Approval, UAT Testing and other supports required for the project going live.
  • Closely work with IT counterparts for project management Explore and engage with Fintechs, assess their solutions and implement the solutions if they are found to be helping in achieving organizational goals.

  • Strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Expert knowledge in analyzing financial statements.
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
  • Understanding of accounting principles and Regulatory Knowledge
