Mandate 3 – Employees will work fulltime from their base location

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Operating Plans by coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Responsible for weekly serviceability plan for pan India by defining key operational metrics
  • Create weekly budget plan and align with city operations & business finance
  • Responsible for managing cost while ensuring serviceability expectations
  • Plan for National & regional events by creating city specific payout plans and collaborate with marketing & business team
  • Work with City operations team to reduce wasted spends and design city specific incentive plans to improve Supply shaping
  • Work on projects to improve serviceability, reduce planning MAPE & reduce stress CPD
  • Responsible for overseeing hiring plan and 3PL planning
  • Manage a team of 5 - 8 members with focus on interpersonal development

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in planning and forecasting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven analytical thinking, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to make comprehend data and make data based decisions
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Not waiting for instructions, but showing end to end ownership with founder mindset
  • Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
