Job Description:
• Managing the complete systems of Physical Security, Access Control System Management, Transport Management, Electronic Security, Fire Department Management, Integrated Command System, Warehouse Management System, Facility Management, Client & Visitor Management System, and others. • Developing, implementing and maintaining all operational security procedures, policies and plans. • Ensuring effective maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, buildings and assets. • Understand the process gaps, vulnerable areas & identify suspected persons using the security automations systems like CCTV footages, Access control historical data and gathering information from various resources. • Organizing training sessions on the use of communication tools such as satellite phones, GPS.Reporting fire safety concerns and unusual circumstances both verbal & written reports. • Attending security meetings with local security partners and exchange on the assessment of any threats. • Coordinating with in-house Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, & Projects to ensure smooth functioning. • Drafting vendor agreements, adhere to statutory compliances, organized cultural programs, Corporate Relationship on security matters, clean drive activities and develop safety & security procedures.
