Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our team at ElekGo Technology. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee performance appraisal process and assist in developing performance improvement plans
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
