We have an opening of HR Executive( Training & Engagement) in a renowned Tyre Manufacturing company.

Location- Limda(Gujarat)


MANDATORY Qualifications-MBA/MHRM/MSW from Tier 3 Reputed colleges.
Experience- 3-6 years


Main Responsibilities / Job Summary:

Training : Preparation of Training Budget, Coordinating all in-house/external training programs - including training needs identification, preparation of training Plan and adherence, measurement of training feedback and analysis.

Employee Involvement and Engagement: Preparation of Engagement Budget, Coordinating all engagement activities as per Plan.

HR Operations: Preparation of the required monthly reports / MIS

  • Preparation of Training & Engagement budget
  • Making the Annual Training Plan basis the Developmental Plan identified in Horizon.
  • Making the Annual Engagement Plan basis budget sanctioned.
  • Basis Training Feedback, take appropriate action.

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
Working knowledge of HR practices

Command over MS Office

Working knowledge of SAP HR

General Knowledge of employment practices
