Job Description

Role Summary

As a HR Generalist for Experian this individual will partner with various HR Sub-Functions to drive the necessary activity in order to support the employee life cycle for our employees at Global Innovation Center (GIC), Hyderabad. The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR Operations Function, which focusses on delivery of core HR processes. The role holder must demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to showcase a continuous improvement mind-set about HR processes, while thriving in a dynamic environment with excellent collaboration skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience within HR Function
  • Prior experience in managing HR Operation activities
  • A high level of attention to detail, problem solving skills and highly organized with can do attitude
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing activities in employee life cycle from onboarding to employee exit
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Co-ordinators in managing ongoing HR activities including employee query handling
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Rewards for smooth functioning of HR processes including inputs to Payroll for monthly processing of salaries and allowances
  • Ensure organizational compliance with local laws & regulations and support audit and compliance related activities
  • Maintain governance of HR processes to ensure accurate employee records and HR reporting
  • Responsible for design and deployment of process improvements and automations (with support from Specialist / Technical teams) by identifying and improving bottlenecks in HR processes. Support UAT for any enhancements in HR processes

  • Any graduate with a strong academic record and certification / degree in Human Resources is preferred

The HR Ops role supports HR processes at GIC Hyderabad from employee on-boarding to off-boarding. This role is critical to maintain HR records for compliance to local labour laws and audit requirements
